Meet Hollie Gabel

I founded Trident Biohazard Remediation with a simple purpose: to help people through difficult situations with compassion, discretion, and dependable care.

My background in dental hygiene taught me the importance of attention to detail, infection prevention, and helping people feel comfortable during stressful moments. Those values guide my approach at Trident, where every situation deserves respect and every client deserves to feel heard.

As a mother and business owner, I understand how much a safe, comfortable home matters. Whether you’re navigating a loss, facing overwhelming clutter, or dealing with unexpected contamination, my goal is to make the cleanup process easier to understand and less overwhelming.

Meet Dallas Gabel

My journey has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to leadership, service, discipline, and continuous improvement. Earning the rank of Eagle Scout and serving in the United States Marine Corps taught me the importance of accountability, perseverance, teamwork, and leading by example.

I built on that foundation at the University of Redlands, where I earned my MBA and strengthened my understanding of business strategy, leadership, and operational excellence. Throughout my career, I have led teams and organizational transformation initiatives across diverse industries, helping businesses improve performance, strengthen processes, and achieve lasting results.

These experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful leadership begins with developing people, meeting challenges with purpose, and turning opportunities for improvement into measurable progress. Today, I draw on the lessons of Scouting, military service, education, and professional leadership to help organizations thrive and people reach their full potential.

Meet Mike Pailet

Mike brings more than 20 years of experience in estimating, project management, property preservation, commercial build-outs, and interior renovations. His background includes residential property claims involving structural damage, mold, water, roofing, and vandalism—giving him a practical understanding of complex projects and the challenges property owners face.

Known for his accurate estimates, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Mike approaches every project with care and determination. He takes pride in finding solutions, communicating clearly, and seeing the work through.

At Trident Biohazard Remediation, Mike understands that behind every property is a person, a family, or a business navigating an unexpected situation. A home holds memories, belongings carry meaning, and cleanup can be an emotional process. He brings patience and compassion to that responsibility, treating people and their spaces with respect.
